easy wood projects
Ive been thinking for a while about painting an emblem on the lid of my Dutch tool chest. I have had an idea for one ever since I found out my family crest has a pair of dividers in it.

I drew a mock up first to see what size, colors etc look good and gave it a try.
Drew it on my lid
Then painted on my family crest with acrylic paint.
Next I will give it a coat of oil and see what happens.
